Steps to apply for the Talisay Scholar sang Masa Scholarship Program
(Mga Tinutuyo nga Tikang para mag-apply sa Scholarship Program)
Barangay Pre-Screening and Passkey Issuance
Visit your barangay for pre-screening. Once approved, the barangay will issue a unique passkey.
Magkadto sa barangay para sa pre-screening. Kon ma-approve, hatagan ka sang passkey.
Online Registration
Register on the website using your Google account and enter the passkey to continue.
Mag-rehistro sa website gamit ang Google account kag i-butang ang passkey para makapadayon.
Fill Out the Application Form
Complete all required fields and upload the needed documents. Submit for review.
I-kompleto ang form kag i-upload ang kinahanglan nga dokumento. I-submit para sa beripikasyon.
Verification and Approval
Your application will be reviewed. If approved, you will receive a notification via email or SMS.
I-review ang imo application. Kon ma-approve, makabaton ka sang notipikasyon sa email ukon text.
Access the Scholar Portal
Once approved, you can log in to the Scholar Portal to renew applications and view announcements.
Kon approved ka na, pwede ka na maka-log in sa Scholar Portal para sa renewal kag updates.
Download Claim Code
You will be notified when financial assistance is ready. Download your claim code in the portal.
Kon may ara na release, i-download ang claim code sa portal.
Wait for Official Announcement
Updates on release dates will be posted on the website or official Facebook page.

Submit Required Documents on Release Day
Bring the following documents when claiming your financial grant:
- Original or Certified True Copy of Registration Form
- Voter's ID or Certificate of Parent/Guardian
- Voter's ID or Certificate of Scholar
- Grades for the applicable semester
- Original signed Application Form
- Certification with Claim Code
